What file formats are supported?
Only Apple Voice Memo .m4a files are supported. You can export them from the Voice Memos app on iPhone by tapping Share → Save to Files.
How long can each recording be?
Each file can be up to 25 MB, which covers roughly 50 minutes of typical voice memo audio. Your monthly plan includes up to 5 hours total across all files.
What languages are supported?
99+ languages are supported. The transcription engine auto-detects the language, or you can manually select one on the upload page for better accuracy.
What happens to my audio after transcription?
Your audio file is permanently deleted from our servers immediately after transcription completes, whether it succeeds or fails. We only store the resulting text.
Can I cancel my subscription?
Yes, you can cancel anytime from your Account page. You'll retain access until the end of your current billing period.
Can I get a refund?
If you're not satisfied, contact us at support@voicememotranscript.com within 7 days of your purchase and we'll make it right.
